I have bought a number of vehicles from Helfman Ford over the years. They make the buying experience so easy and their service department is top notch. I have also sent numerous family and friends to Helfman as well. All of them, 100%, were completely satisfied. Helfman is a family owned/operated business and they make you feel like you are a member of their family. I highly recommend Helfman Ford or any of the other dealerships owned by the family for your vehicle needs.
I like Corey Lindsay in the service department. He knows what he is talking about when he talks to me. He's very informative about what the issue is with my truck when I bring it in for service and he tells me what they have to do to fix it. He also is good at returning calls of which I really appreciate. I have had a 1997 F 350 and my latest is a 2015 F 250. I like it when I can get in and out quickly... my favorite service guy is Danny- he’s always super helpful and gets the work done.
We've had a great experience since we bought our truck in November. Sal was wonderful to deal with when choosing what aftermarket things we did to it. We recently had the first oil change and tire rotation, and had a more than pleasant experience in the service department.
