I bought a new F150 about a year and a half ago, and got a much better deal than 3 other Ford dealers in the Houston area - both on price and interest. And since then I have had it serviced by Helfman. The service is always drive up - in truth I used to prefer appointments, but have spent hours at other dealers (Toyota) when I made an appointment. I am rarely at Helfman more than an hour - this last time was about 30 minutes.
Outstanding customer service!! In and out with no problem! Thanks for always taking care of our auto needs!!

They help you in times of need . I just went there to change my older battery on the weekend .coz it’s already 4 yrs .since i bought my ford explorer in helfman ford dealer.anyway I bought all my ford , in helfman since then coz I trusted them .since helfman is only dealing w/ oil changes on weekend ,they still help me on my request to replace my old battery coz I don’t want to get stranded if my grandaughter is riding w/ me .& I appreciates the service advisor that help me although I forgot to ask his name .he gave me an ex... read more

Helfman made buying a vehicle easy. Amir was awesome, Most of the details and questions were worked out with Amir before we visited the dealership. Remarkably, knew how everything in our vehicle operated and was very helpful . The paperwork process was simple and very efficient. I felt we were dealt with honestyl and would definitely buy another vehicle from these folks.
