I contacted the Helfman service department about doing some computer updates and a service bulletin I had received on my vehicle purchased there and Robert Blakey took wonderful care of me from my first phone call to the completion of the work. He kept me fully informed during the entire servicing process and answered all my queries very clearly and knowledgeably. An outstanding employee who takes great pride in his work and represents both Ford and Helfman admirably!
