Entire staff went out of their way to ensure I found the truck for my need. Sales staff was outstanding as well as the administration, and aftermarket personal.
John Williamson was my new auto sales associate. Purchase a new vehicle same day I went in. He was very helpful and genuinely a very nice and helpful person. Came in with a number in mind and they made it happen for me.
Service is slow and they don’t provide adequate communication with regard to the status of the maintenance. The waiting rooms are dingy and the service is slow. Promises are made as to when the maintenance will be done but once that time frame comes and goes no one gives a status update. It seems if you drop your vehicle off they put you and your interests to the back burner. A 3 hr job took 1 1/2 days.
