Just had SUV purchased and it's has an engine noise, smell of leaking fluid and check engine light on. Manager or owner needs to call me and take this vehicle back. One hour into the first drive.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Helfman but this last purchase I requested an extended warranty because I drive alot. The finance department suggested a 60,000 mile extended warranty which I paid $1900 for it hoping it would keep me covered. Well AC stopped working the very next day, I took it in and they said it was a relay. AC went out again not 30 days later. We just bought a new F-150 at Helfman. Our Salesman, Ryan, was excellent He showed us only trucks with features we were interested in. He kept the buying experience moving so we were in and out quickly. We went back twice to test drive. We were able to take the truck by ourselves without being escorted. While the Sales Manager, Steven, is a great guy and tried to be helpful. The sales person, Amir, is terrible and led myself and my family through a bait&switch. After discussing in-depth an upgrade for a car and the budget, upon arrival he showed a car with none of the discussed requirements. After buying multiple cars from this dealership in the past from a different sales person who no longer works there and having had our cars serviced here, we will no longer support this dealership.
