Order a Birthday cake for my daughter 06/06. Picked the cake up on 6/7 it was the wrong image. The worker And another employee told me I would get another cake the next day with the correct image and wouldn't have to pay. Instead of another cake the owner gives me a credit for $15.99... And I still had to pay for a cake with the wrong image...They messed up my daughter's 11th Birthday. Every year it's something last year had hair in my cake, year before that it was the wrong cake completely
I ordered a wedding cake from Tony. He was very kind. When my mother in law paid for the cake she was under charged by $25. She was planning on going back the next day and paying the remaining balance. I also ordered a cake for the rehearsal dinner as a surprise for the groom. Linda called the groom and asked him to come pay for the rehearsal dinner, hence ruining the surprise. I called to express my unhappiness. I was not given any sort of apology. I was told that I couldn't be made happy and they would not make any cake fo... read more

This review will not let me post a picture, maybe I can do it in comments on the page. I ordered petit fours for my daughter's birthday. What I got today was not Petit Fours, it was a sheet cake cut in 24 sort of squares (which were uneven and horribly sloppy). The cake had to be at least three days old, and they were inedible. There were 24, a few were eaten, I think out of politeness. The fact that your store put these out is a disgrace! Also, when I ordered them the woman asked if I wanted roses, I said that roses would b... read more
Was given stale cake. Asked for petit fours with roses on top and was given unevenly cut up sheet cake covered in some sort of terrible icing with green blobs on top (they were nothing like what petit fours are actually supposed to be like). It was like eating bricks. I have never been here before and will never go again.
I now live in southern Illinois, but I used to live within walking distance from Eastland shopping Center at Bardstown Rd. Each and every week from 1961 till I graduated from Fern Creek High School 1969I got off the school bus and then walk to the bakery at Waterson trail. Each week I would, buy a Cinnamon, Cherry, peach, pineapple or Strawberry cucca. During the Summers I spent many a day sitting on the curb by Winn Dixie eating my cucca or Eclairs before I went home for dinner. Luckily I was very skinny that I could eat an... read more
