Getting what you ask for will never be done at this place... total disgrace and truly upsetting when messing up a 4 year olds birthday cake
This company is a disgrace. My sister ordered my nieces 4th birthday cake from Linda. She assured my sister she could duplicate it and it would look exactly like the picture she provided. The cake was not exactly alike and was not made of fondant as my sister requested. She was charged a large amount as Linda told her fondant is more expensive. Horrible and horrible the flavor was awesome but the decor ruined my parents anniversary...a 50th anniversary cake looked like a Spider-Man boy cake
My daughter ordered a full sheet cake for our 50th anniversary to be picked up at 2pm the day of the party. On the day she ordered it, they had no photos of cakes in their very torn up sample book she liked. They told her to go online & find one. She picked out 2, went back to the store, where they told her that they don't make those particular designs, even though they are on their websites. She chose another design. I ordered my son's 1st birthday cake from Heitzman's. I had big expectations on what it would look like and taste like. They went above and beyond!!! The cake was amazing both in taste and it looked better than the picture I provided!! Will use them for all my cake needs! Amazing!!
