Recently saw a review of a lady who asked for a pink smash cake and what you all gave her is atrocious!!! She has already left a review but felt the need to say it sounds like you all need some serious customer service training.
Preordered and prepaid for these sugar cookies. Got there to pick them up and they were not ready. I was given a box with cookie icing smeared on it, most of the cookies icing was either smashed in places or had some missing icing. I was even shorted a cookie! No sugar cookies for dessert on Christmas Eve! Never again will I purchase anything from them, at least this location.
I have been ordering cakes from Heitzman for years and until now I’ve never had a problem. I picked up my daughters birthday cake and it looks horrible. It looks as if someone was just practicing their decorating skills. They put over-sized edible images on her cake and the words are so blurry ( because they are over-sized) you can’t even read what it says. Cake tasted good but wasn’t what I ordered. The entire experience was just a headache. 1. We came in and scheduled a consultation for our wedding cake. They asked what flavors we wanted to taste and created an order form. When the day arrived for our consultation we drove out to the store to be told that the person we needed to see wasn’t in that day.
