I stayed at this hotel in mid-August and accidentally left behind a teddy bear that is very precious to me. I realized it just before my flight and felt devastated, but the hotel immediately responded to my email and kindly found it. They even handed it to my friend who lives in the UK. I had a pleasant stay at luma hammersmith from 9 to 11 August. I would specially like to comment the service from staffs Ilana & Bri. They were of great help when I had to plan my journey to the airport. The room was spacious and cosy as well. Getting to Hammersmith station was a breeze and the hotel is surrounded by great cafes and eateries.

Noisy neighborhood. One sink in the middle of room, WC is very small with noisy doors and automated light. When used, everyone in the room wakes up.
