Very friendly and helpful, we have had a few things repaired and the work was second to none. It was because of this I decided to get my fiancés wedding ring made by them. They suggested I use some old gold that I had, and we had a trilogy ring that I was never going to wear. His ring is beautiful and a fraction of the price as I used my own gold and diamond.
