What a treat, beautiful family run, boutique hotel, 10 minute walking distance to the centre of York. Lovely warm welcome on arrival, and really helpful assistance with our location on the map. Fantastic, large, comfortable room, with ability to open a window. We had a fantastic couple of days and look forward to returning for another stay. Thank you Mandy & team x

Rooms were spacious with the perfect size bed and just what we needed for our 1 night stay with a huge bathroom with everything available. Staff were super accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was nice too. Best part is their luxurious garden and hot tub which was great after a long day site seeing
Lovely hotel, our second stay, the rooms are lovely, very clean and comfortable, immaculate throughout, great staff, great breakfast, would highly recommend Steve &Paula.
