They tried to make moving out h*** and are currently in the process of trying to fine us for arbitrarily higher and higher numbers, seeing how much they can squeeze. This comes from their constantly changing arbitrary requirements for a 60-day notice of intent to vacate. When we signed our last lease we informed them that that would be the last lease we sign. This served legally as a notice of our intent to vacate and thus fulfilled our lease requirement with over 300 days to spare. 70 days from expiration ******************... read more

PLEASE DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE @ ***. I lived@1333 ****************, ********. When, I moved in the Mangement's team was the boom. They were on top of everything. If you see the Maintenace or the ladies in the office and if there was a problem, they would take care of it right away. I waited 8 weeks before I decided to move out for them to stop a leak in the bathroom ceiling. WWC took money from my account two months after I sold my unit. They do not return emails or phone calls - ever. I have been chasing them down for weeks now, to no avail. On their voice mail, they say calls will be returned within one business day, which is a lie.

I currently live in a property owned or managed by western health communities and this is the absolute WORSE living experience of my life. Ridiculous fees, roaches, incompetent managers it's unbearable. You complain nothing happens they are blatantly dismissed or ignored. You call corporate and they don't return you calls or emails. I have maintenance issues, loud neighbors above me are loud and they have a dog that ***** and ***** on the balcony that drips down to my balcony. Artisan Park Apts, They say they spent ****** dollars to take care of this pigeon issue, yet we still have them everywhere, along with the amounts of bird s*** they allow to pile up on peoples stair cases, splattered against the wall, and all over the sidewalk under our units. The last time they actually cleaned it off was when we had a new resident move in, and since he moved in MONTHS ago it was only 4 days ago they decided to come around and scrape it off of our stairs still leaving the nasty stains. I currently live at a property that's owed by western wealth community. I believe wwc is like the fourth management company over this property. When I first moved in it was great. As time passes, I noticed since wwc has taken over they have " " different fee they have added. For example, trash pick up service. The fee $20, ridiculous.. when I really don't need service, I stay so close to trash can , that's just lazy not to walk and throw away. Do not apply here or give them your money! Me and a friend tried to apply here gave a deposit and admin fee and application fee. They called back and said his current apartments said he made late payments so they denied him when he pays early for rent. He went and asked the apartments they said nobody called. Then he called back and they said it's on his credit. Then he requested for a copy and they refused him and lost all the down payments. WARNING! The Crossings On ****** **** quiet environment, yes! Office staff appears to be nice, but one of the worst places you can live, unless you like smelling weed aka marijuana coming in through the holds in your walls. I thought it was just in my area, once I started talking with other residents I found 7 other residents dealing with the same issues. Do not rent or lease here. Fair warning. I am in a current dispute with the leading office. I paid almost $1400 a month, $400 deposit. They took my deposit and is charging me $155.61. They are charging me $159.12 for remaining balance and $396.49 worth of damages. I paid every single penny of my balance due since the month I moved in. I NEVER left a remaining balance to roll over to the next month. And what a coincidence, I moved out 03/31/2021 and they saying I left a balance unpaid. BS.
