I've contact western Wealth Communities on November 14,2022 ********************************* got upset and when found out on November 17,2022 served me none renewal.For, no apparent reason she RETALIATED even her leasing agents know it. On 12/24/22 I received a visit from Office Manager to inform me of water damage to my 2 bedroom Villa unit at Western Wealth Property, ********************. I have been displaced since then & not been given opportunity to move into a new unit ASAP. I keep getting run around by Office Manager. She has said no units are available although 10 1 bedroom units & 1 2 bedroom unit is showing available for immediate move-in online. They gave my husband and ***********) a non-renewal because I used my 1st amendment rights to complain about a mentally-ill man (resident) who roamed the neighborhood pushing shopping carts. This happened at the ghetto place, the Enclave, off *********, and the manager, ***** and her boss, ***************************, would not help me. He was scary and I had to call 911. Live on 2025 west managed by this company and its totally bad experience! They are disrespectful and careless maintenance do whatever and whenever want I give them 60 days notice and new apartment asked them for my rental history week ago and still didnt receive anything! Absolutely ridiculous. There is no management at the office. I call and no one answers. When they do answer, the person is rude and lies. I have been waiting on update for an air conditioning ticket since the beginning of July and to date, no action has been taken. I was told parts were on order and after talking to the maintenance lead, he has no idea why I was told that. It is over 100 degrees and I am living in 85 - 90 degree conditions due to lack of action. After 3 weeks, I finally got a portable from them but I'm livin... read more

I haven't even moved in yet but out of 50 calls, maybe 3 got answered by the office. I never received my key on move in date - in fact I sat in 100 degree weather for 3 hours hoping someone would come back to leasing office, they never even came in I believe. Don't say you're open 1-5 on a Sunday if you're not going to even be there. Don't tell me to come pick up my key on Sunday for move in if you're not going to be there to give me my key. Rent at Delano if you want to get robbed & charged for things that they just need to replace along with random fees that they try to get you to pay. At one point I overpaid rent by $50 for some late fees that I was never supposed to pay. That never got refunded. The condition in which I received the unit was horrible . I actually had a carpet clean after moving in because the carpet still had a lot of pet hair. I signed a lease for an apartment in ***** with a different management company in February, and by the time I moved in during March Western Wealth had taken over. I was coming from the opposite end of the country, and no one called me to confirm any of my move in details. Moving in was a mess, I wasn't able to get in on time on the requested day, and subsequently the woman in the leasing office yelled at me for arriving "too early" at the apartment I'm paying $1700/month. I just recently moved into ********************* which I started and signed my agreement with Greystar Properties 2 weeks prior to Western Wealth Communities taking over the property. I arrived a day before my move in date and my information was locked in the system and I was also removed from the tenant app where I can pay my rent and also removed from the resident portal where I can communicate with the property manager.
