Overall my experience living here wasn't bad, and my interactions with staff were good, but when I moved out things turned south. I had purchased a home and made sure to review the procedures with staff there in order to be sure that I followed the proper steps when breaking my lease to avoid any unnecessary fees/ fines. As I followed the steps at each point I was told that I had followed the steps correctly and given proper notification. <p>As per the signed Lease Agreement, a Break of Lease is allowed with proper notice and payment of Break Lease Fee due before the surrender of keys. Resident gave 60 days notice to vacate on 04/21/2023 to move out by 06/21/23. Resident asked if he could move out earlier, Office stated that they could physically move out whenever resident wanted but however Resident is still rent responsible to the end of their notice to vacate date. ?? PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING LEASING HERE ??Hello, I moved into Villetta in 2022 and have had nothing but problems since move in. Mainly we have been dealing with roaches since the first week we were here. I don't want to believe that a company can be as terrible as the people managing my community. The attitude and lack of follow-up is discerning. I'm making a complaint to the company owner *********************** who purchased my community July 2021. Since new management, things have gotten worse. Will billing issues, maintenance work orders not being done in a timely manner, paying for a storage locker that hasn't worked in over 8 months, paying for parking when it's not guaranteed someone will not steal your parking, secur... read more

My family moved in August. What a mistake! People partying in the parking lot until 5 in the morning. The ***** problem is serious. It took a week to get a mailbox key. 3 weeks to get a leak in bathroom ceiling repaired. Management appears to be ineffective and brain dead. We are exploring ways to get out of our lease ASAP.

Charged my bank account 3 times for admin fees. I didn't move in there! They told my bank it was legal to keep that $200 in fact I have emails from property manager stating it is refundable and they sent my money back!!! They are a disgusting disgrace!! Obviously liars as well! At this point I have filed criminal charges against Western Wealth! It's only $200 but to me that's a lot!

We are sorry to see the review you left for our property and our company. Unfortunately, when your application was rejected you became very aggressive with our staff. You did not qualify, paystubs were fake and when we had obtained employment verification, the employer confirmed that you were not employed. You tried to double dip by disputing the payment and have us send you a refund check.

Not a good experience at all when my apartment was flooded they took no accountability after being aware of the issue. I was flooded out three times. The third time was beyond horrific Im a single mother and work from. It was truly inhumane how they handled the situation!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Staff is terrible, and the place is being ran into the ground since this Western Wealth ******************** took over. Pools are gross, always and will leave broken toilets by sidewalks for weeks. This is just a few issues, I could write a novel about this terrible experience. Save yourself and do not rent from their properties.

Unethical business practices, predatory fees, environmental hazards,Poor landscape, untidy appearance kf building, non gated, outdated plumbing and electrical circuits, terrible grounds.I renew because of my neighbors and community. This company should be financially audited. Increased rental rates, and additional fees, with no major improvements for the apartments Towing is awful, and unnecessary.Trash company.
