Heather is brilliant, I highly recommend her. She is professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. She valued some items for me and had written the report and sent it to me by the next working day. I don't think you can ask for a better service than that.
Engagement ring valued for insurance purposes, Heather was extremely pleasant, professional and very helpful. Answered all questions I had around the subject matter and other areas regarding jewellery etc. Very friendly and informative, would highly recommend. Report received when advised which is thorough and yet easy to understand.
