Heath Roofing put in two vents in our roof to deal with a condensation problem. They arranged scaffolders and the job was complete within a week of accepting the quotation. The only niggle was that scaffolders (a separate company) took a week after the work to take it down. The vents appear to have sorted the condensation issue.
Responded to an enquiry, arranged a time to attend to quote and didn’t show up. No communication.
Unreliable - came round to view the job, promised to quote but never did. I tried 2 messages to chase, no response.
another timewaster full of it. He didnt sound as if he was interested in a job, just to replace a couple of roof tiles. He agreed to the job over the phone where over a weekend, i was contacting the tenants of the property and awaiting their responses to arrange a time that suited him. He is cardiff based but lived away in porthcawl and didnt want to pop around too late in the afternoon due to his travelling home.
