Have had some problems with our Heartland Galaxy 3900SE but Heartland has done a great job making sure everything was fixed.
Where do i begin, since the first day i had the trailer things went wrong. I hooked up the water and all the unions were lose and leaking every where. then a month has past when i notice under the sink in kitchen there is swollen and cracked wood where the fittings was dripping water out of them. then the black water tank gets a crack in it and drips urine so bad it has collected over time and busted out the black paneling on the bottom, then i was fill up the black tank when i was watching the gauges it never said FULL befo... read more
They took care of our trailer under the one year maintenance, everything replaced or repaired. Walk through done and everything looks great thank You Darrel.
We ordered a 2013 in Dec 2012. Received in in late Jan 2013. Since we have had this Cyclone 4100K, We have had an air conditioner and fireplace replaced. It is in the SHOP NOW... for ....The kitchen sink has let go from the counter, sliding door bracket broke in the bedroom. Switch went bad on main switch panel for ceiling lights. Switch went bad on auto leveling legs. The overflow hose was bad when filling the water tank and the water sprayed everywhere .
