RecommendedThe tour was very nice and informative.they showed us everything start to finish. I really felt comfortable with these guys, I told them what I liked about my Torque and what I didn’t with some of the sloppiness with finish and quality control. Over all I am very satisfied with the 2018 Torque 325 by Heartland.

I would recommend the product but the tour was not up to par with other tours in the area.
It’s been six months while i wait for warranty items and no call or anything.
If you're like me you look for these reviews...and they can make or break your decision to purchase a product. I'm also aware that negativity can prompt a customer review a lot quicker than a positive experience. So I'm taking the time to put my thoughts out there...keeping this totally real. First Winnebago, then Grand Design; now I guess I'll add Heartland to the list of RV's I won't be buying due to multiple lousy brand, warranty, or dealer comments. Thanks commenters! Maybe these manufacturers think a potential RV buyer is too stupid to research their product. If anyone has guidance on where to look next for a well built travel trailer that has factory backing, let me know.

We took our landmark in for some Delamination we were out of warranty and they took care of it for us. Can’t say enough good things about the experience we had with them.
