Might as well throw your money away if your going to buy one of these. They are no help when it comes to warranty or the fact of poor construction. My camper had leaked from day one had it back to dealer several times it is still leaking and the dealer also said it was manufacturing issues. Might also add that there was trim and other things when I bought it that was never nailed down or anything. Relatives also have same camper 2 yrs older with same problems. I have my 2015 22lx prowler at camping world where I purchased it brand-new for 18000 and the brakes are shorted somewhere in brake drum. I probably have 200miles on unit as it was parked at a campground right off the new lot. I was told you wouldn't do anything to help with repairs. Your customer service and workmanship on my trailer is very poor and I will not purchase another one from your company again so congratulations you lost a potential new sale over a brake repair that I consider very dangerous. Buyer beware. They do not fix warranty claims. I've owned my Torque for a year and a half and it's been in the service department way more than I've had it. This time it's been there four months and not looking to get it back anytime soon. Many many issues including mold in the wall from a leak on the awning track. It's a sad day when you purchase something to enjoy family time and end up fighting the manufacturer over their poor quality of work. Never buy Heartland it will be a mistake.

Heartland has been rude or unresponsive and are refusing to fix warranty work. They're a big company taking advantage of the little people. If your product doesn't work and it's still under warranty then you should fix it!!!!!!! Your a billion dollar company running over the people who made you that way to begin with.
