We live full time in our Cyclone HD. Toured that plant and loved what we saw. Would buy another Heartland
Hilton was best informative representative of Heartland we are very pleased with the build of our 5er if they just had a Little better warranty.
RecommendedNo memories on memorial weekend no generator no hot water. Water leak. Rent generator. Holiday from hell. No quality control. List of things wrong. 1 week old. Not a happy camper
Purchased a Heartland RV 19ft travel trailer in January and received recall in March. Called the manufacturer who said they will tow it 3000 miles to plant in Indiana to fix issues and then return it to us.... it seems they knew about problems before we purchased the unit and are dumping all costs on us. Very unprofessional and poor service is all I can say.
Reading all these reviews just makes me sick at my stomach. We have a 2017 M28. We had it in for small warranty work just before warranty was up. Camping World found leak from window at Booth on slide. Floor was starting to rot and booth had water damage. It is now suppose to be fixed, but I have read a zillion reviews on various sites and seems leaking over and over is a huge problem. We bust our butts everyday to pay for this camper and now I am worried sick that it's going to be a huge problem and with financing we are st... read more
We went there because we had a failure of a component of our 2016 Heartland Road Warrior 420 5th wheel travel trailer: our rear ramp/deck soaked up water inside & broke down integrity of door. Ramp sags severely now & needs to be replaced. We were hoping that this company would stand behind their total product. While I understand that Heartland has a 1 year manufacture warranty that we had past, but to know that this problem exists & have no good solution other than to point fingers at the component manufacturer... not happy... read more
We took the Heartland factory tour, was a quick one due to shifts still working but it was a nice tour. We had to get some parts and worked with Brittany M. I give Brittany 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. She helped research and find the parts we needed. We also talked to a service tech (didn't get his name) that answered a few questions we had regard our 2015 Landmark. Luckily we had a good experience with Heartland themselves. The dealer we purchased the Landmark from, THATS a different story- horrible after sale service
