Better quality assurance and customer service.
The bosses in the roof department at Plant 69 need serious attitude adjustments. Do you really need to cuss your hard workers out? Treated like a piece of crap. Can't keep good help that way
Delamination on a 2018 fifth wheel. Long story short, Heartland refuses to fix it.
Make a better product they over charge people for an inferior product.
To whom it may concern, Prior to purchasing an RV I called several RV repair shops and simply asked them which brands they would recommend to buy based on which ones were the easiest to work on and broke down the least. Heartland was often recommended and the brand we chose to purchase. Since purchase we have had nothing but a year and a half of problems. hire better suppervisors and factory workers
THey could stand behind the warranty on their $100K 5th wheels. If you're considering buying one---DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! We have to put a new floor in our 2018 OshKosh and Heartland won't warranty it because they only guarantee their seals for 90 days. This is a bad faith company. Poor design, poor workmanship, poor customer service and over-priced. Don't be fooled like we were. We thought we were buying the best--we got junk

Hey heartland I recently purchased a bh250 pioneer back in November 2018 from camping world and I have water damage in my brand new camper soft spots on the floor black mold growing everywhere and my claim got denied ! Because of customer maintenance or so they say ! Camper world even said it was a manufacturing’s defect ! And was not sealed properly from day one !
