We bought a Brand new 2019 Bighorn ($79,000) because my husband felt in love with the floor plan. We have so many issues, not only they had to replace the recliners and had to go for service this about 5 times; water would get in the storage, we had to replace the floor on one of the storage area on our won, it got soak and wet and the company said it was not under warranty, dresser drawers did not close properly and had to hire someone to fix them, still have issues, floor in the master got wet, outside shower not properly ... read more

Heartland is not a quality or dependable RV. Don't buy. When you call the factory you have to leave a message and they will never call you back. NO SERVICE!

EDITED TO ADD: Fridge unit hasn’t worked since day 1 and it still isn’t. Had it dropped off for repairs for a month, picked the unit up and the entire slide out carpet is soaked from side to side. It had been sitting on the dealership lot waiting a new fridge. I asked the dealer to reach out to heartland and BEG them to take it back as a lemon. Every part of the camper has leaked and causes severe water damage and I have only owned it for 11 months with most of those the unit spent sitting at the dealer waiting on repair. I ... read more

I am disgusted that I ever made the decision to purchase a Heartland. Our unit was built so poorly that the sink shower and roof weren't installed properly and caused leaking. They will not stand behind their product and just claim owner responsibility for leaks that were caused by improper constriction. They have no interest in helping alleviate pains from loss of use. Please keep your money away from this company until they decide to implement some kind of standard when constructing a camper.

There is no quality control on their products. a little more time inspecting at the factory would eliminate 90% of the problems. I am on my third camper and i will never buy another heartland product. I have had more problems with this unit in my 10 months of ownership with this brand new unit than i had in my other units over the past 12 years. Stay away from heartland and any thor product. Water leaks seem to be the norm here. the dealer has replaced almost every fitting due to not being screwed in all the way. Pex fitting... read more

We went to purchase a new one this past weekend. Once we got inside and seen how the doors did not latch. Trim was falling off of the walls and foam all in the shower it was obvious there were quality issues. We are going to be looking at other options now.

We have had ours for two weeks now did my walk through with the dealer in January found one of stove burners would not light they stated they would order a new ignitor for it. Picked it up last week and was not fix was told waitting for part still. I got it home and looked at it found the lighter wire just not attached. When we got to the camp ground this week we hooked up the cable line to the back and it wpuld not work. Spent two hours tracing wires and found it to be they hooked up the wires to the wrong spots at the main... read more
