We at Hearsay Gastro Lounge are pleased to be in the midst of Houston history in this great building. The W. L. Foley Building, the second building on the block designed by prolific Texas courthouse architect Eugene T. Heiner was buit in 1889. Much of the credit for the current state of the great building goes to former owner Lee Benner.

brisket sandwich was a mix of mouthfuls of fat and shoe leather. sent it back with a complaint and a request to remove it from the bill. waitress took it back with no apology, no manager came to check with us or apologize. clearly no concern for customer satisfaction or pride in their food.
