I joined Healthy Bodies over two years ago. I joined because it was aimed at the over 55's so felt comfortable as l was in my 60's. I wanted to try and stay as active and mobile as l possibly could. I go three times a week and thoroughly enjoy it. I have benefited greatly, l am so much fitter and my strength has improved massively. I am currently waiting for a hip replacement but this hasn't stopped me from going as Gary adjusts some of the apparatus to fit in with what l can manage. I joined Healthy Bodies about 8months ago. I have joined gyms in the past but always felt as thought I didn’t have a clue what I was doing but after a knee problem I decided to give it one last go. So I joined healthy bodies. What a great decision. In the time I have been there I feel fitter, healthier, my knee has certainly improved and I have lost weight. Gary is a lovely person, professional, approachable, encouraging and definitely knows his stuff. I can’t recommend it enough. JJ age 65
Never thought I would enjoy going to a gym but Gary at Healthy Bodies makes it really enjoyable. He's very knowledgeable about how to get the best from workouts. Since joining I have got fitter and stronger as well as loosing weight. He's also very knowledgeable about the nutrition sure too and doesn't recommend a strict diet too low in calories. Overall a very good experience. Would highly recommend
I joined because I wanted to get fitter and build my overall strength. I needed something structured that would push me but still fit around a busy schedule. Im pleased with the overall results and feel noticeably fitter and stronger, and can even tell the difference on the days I miss a session. If you want a safe place to exercise, timed and structured because you have a life, do your training and then you’re out, you’re given great instruction on what you’re doing and advice on nutrition and exercise, this is the place for you! I love it! It’s given me more mobility, strength and weight loss! What’s not to love!
