Got the shortest consultation ever (was like 30 sec) in which the doctor (Dr Au KK) didn't even try to ask more and understand what the problem is, immediately diagnosed and prescribed. By far the worst experience I've had. Utterly disappointed with the PT doctor here.
Honestly I'm not sure where the negativity reviews come from, i personally am kind of a hard to please guy and fussy. Doctor Yeang is excellent, treated me with professionalism, gave me options to which medications i prefer such as if i want the strong kind to help with my sleep i may not recover faster compared to the medication that tackles my phlegm. 10/10 will visit again next time
1:诊所开门准时在08:30 前台服务人员都很友善，登记信息以及咨询今日询诊问题 2:医生态度可圈可点 看诊第一点：告知医生病情后，医生问到你想我帮你开点什么药？ 第二点 脚底部有肿胀疼痛感，医生居然可以隔着一双厚厚的袜子可以看到？ 第三点 我表示我的面部也有需要看诊的地方，我讲到维生素e 在使用中他表示 我不知道是什么东西？结束？？ 最后 在我还没有讲述完病情 医生就开始打算并且想要结束看诊 表现出不耐烦的情绪 作为一个医生开门第一诊 仪容仪态还没有苏醒 背书一样的流水问诊，冷漠的态度，给不出任何就诊意见，是否成为一名合格的医生和在此种级别的诊所就诊，在新加坡也有去过其他同系列诊所，我只能讲极差的就诊体验
I had my most uncomfortable "consultation" by a GP in my life here. I believe it was Dr Yeang Ming Sheng I saw. He has zero empathy from my experience, and I felt like I was talking to a wall. If you need a referral for an important psychiatric assessment that's been bothering you for years, don't bother wasting your time here. Despite being told from another doctor to go to a GP to get referral for subsidised rates, I was told by him that their referrals are without subsidised rates.
