I’m honestly wondering why this clinic has only a 3-star rating when, in my experience, it truly deserves more than 5 stars. I visited on the morning of 23 April 2026, and the experience was very pleasant from the moment I arrived. Before visiting, I personally recommend booking an appointment through WhatsApp or giving them a call beforehand. Very bad service and experience. I visited twice during operating hours but was turned away both times. First visit at 12:45pm — staff said it was closed and asked me to come back at 2pm. Second visit at 12:20pm — same response, told to come back at 2pm again. However, the website clearly states operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–1pm and 2pm–5pm. This is very confusing and unprofessional. If the clinic is not open during stated hours, the information should be updated accordingly. I won’t visit this clinic anymore…
