We shifted nearby a few years back and have been trying to find a doctor whom we are comfortable with to 'semi-replace' our family doctor who is located rather far away now. It wasn't until we met Dr Vincent that we stopped the search. The staff is friendly and their queue system is commendable. Only thing is, with a doctor that's detailed in his every consultation, the waiting time will naturally be longer (but in general, that is mitigated by their queue-system).

The admin staff go beyond what they do, they would call you and allow you to go up or even leave their office to come after you if they think you need something and pass it to you before you leave and the doctor is just amazing. Very meticulous and ensures everything is okay and not just treating symptoms which is very common nowadays
