I feel very fortunate to have found such a dedicated family doctor. The doctor always listens with empathy and provides thoughtful advice, which makes a big difference during times when you’re unwell. The staff are kind and welcoming, creating a comfortable environment every time I visit. Thank you for your consistent care and support! ❤️
kind nurses and great doctors
I've been visited the clinic since 2022. I appreciate both Dr Chuah and Dr Chong’s care. We are very grateful to Dr Chong for her patience, kindness, and strong professionalism. Every time my daughter is unwell and we see Dr Chong, I feel very reassured and confident in her care. I would also like to sincerely thank nurse assistant Anna. Despite the clinic being very busy every day, she is always patient, joyful, and provides excellent service.
Dr Chong is very good and detailed, been here many times. But the short hair front desk assistant is very rude. I told her I want to combine payment.. she screamed at me cannot do so.. Subsequently after I made the first payment, waiting to make second payment then she asked me what are you waiting for.. what are you talking about cannot combine payment. I juz made one payment only in the end..I think she worked until blurrrr.. Please.. if u don’t like ur job, just quit. Don’t throw temper to patients.. go find other job.
Dr. Chua is one of the few doctors I’ve met who actually makes me feel assured, which is rare since I’ve always dreaded visiting clinics. However, what makes visits to this clinic truly unpleasant is the rude and condescending attitude of the staff at the counter.
