I have been attending Lesley's yoga classes for a number of years. Throughout lockdown Lesley has provided so much on line. Yoga courses and live classes via Teams. This has been a great help, Lesley has also been available to all her students via e mail and on the telephone. I can't wait to get back to real, as oppossed to virtual classes and to meet up with fellow students. Anyone who has never done Yoga before or who has not practised for a long time, I cannot recommend Lesley and Health in Harmony enough. At live classes... read more

I have been lots different classes over the years including 20 years ago teaching my t own aquafit classes.BUT LESLEY IS REALY BRILLIANTBEST TEACHER.her monthly meditation gong and yoga just fantastic.
