My Son has been going here from 4 years old and it has been excellent. The coach is brilliant with the kids and the atmosphere is great. The older kids really help the younger ones to get started and I'm really pleased we chose this club. I would definitely recommend this club to anyone wanting to get there kids involved with martial arts. Improving their confidence and fitness whilst having a great time.

I attend the Tuesday night boxing class, the skills taught are fantastic right from the basics and progress week on week. The combination of fitness and skills makes for a great session. Suitable for any levels

My children go to the kickboxing classes here and love it. The instructors are friendly and helpful.

We highly recommend kickboxing @ Health First. My children (5 & 8) thoroughly enjoy their weekly kickboxing session here. Kully, Michael and the team are very professional in their approach as well as supportive and motivated to get the best out of the children in every session. The other children that attend are a credit to their parents and the centre. My youngest started recently and was apprehensive to join in. Health First Gym has been absolutely amazing for my young lad in terms of the kickboxing club. Kully and Michael (the coaches) are welcoming, friendly and add the right amount of discipline as well. My lad has grown in confidence since joining the kickboxing club and his fitness has gone to the next level . I would definitely recommend joining this gym if you are looking for a friendly, all inclusive kickboxing club, which also develops self defence skills.
