HNS were fantastic when I had a situation that was on the verge of going legal. If I could give 0 stars I would. As the last review I would not recommend this solicitor to anyone and that's sad as it's based on one solicitor who was just horrendous, we thought it was some sort of joke in the end and that she was in training or something, but she was a partner, which is unbelievable. We used barringtons solicitors before who were great, but taken over by this company, so we thought we'd let them do probate for our late mum. From the first meeting it was terrible. What a shambles. NO communication. Solicitor dragged her heals so much in the end I suggested I contact the executor of the will. At this point a completion I was told would take another 2 months was completed within a week. I couldn't recommend this firm to anyone
