The staff at the gym are just lovely. Caring, kind and very understanding. The yoga classes are fantastic and such a positive release. The atmosphere of the gym is friendly and welcoming which is just so refreshing compared to some yoga places which can be very intimidating and overwhelming. Would highly recommend. ☺️☺️☺️

Illegally blasting music from 6am onwards, lost count of the number of residents who have tried to work with their staff to come to a resolution about their never ending disturbance, staff are just rude, lie to residents faces, gaslight and do not care about the upset and disturbance they’re responsible for. Now started shouting outside the building of a morning as well just to purposely disturb residents more! Truly the most immoral people work here.

I went there like 5 years ago to try a class and for some reason I've been getting a lot of publicity emails lately. I've tried to unsubscribe and even sent a couple emails. I don't even remember allowing them to contact me. This is an invasion of my privacy and shows that they don't respect their clients' personal information.

Blasting music from 6:30 disturbing residents for years now…if you attend this is what you support. Dodgey business men who can’t get there act together
