I’ve been going to HQ (training with Matt specifically). I started shortly after getting the all clear from a stress fracture. Since training with Matt my 5k time has gone from 19:25 to 18:41 within 6 months and I’m able to run sub 20 5k’s whenever I want. Everyone at HQ is so welcoming and there is zero judgment, as a runner I’m quite slim and have always felt it quite daunting joining gyms. With HQ I didn’t have that.

What can we say? We asked the Headquarters Team if they could do a Strength & Conditioning class for our runners and they had absolutely no hesitation. WNR undertook an 8 week course with Team HQ and we can safely say everyone enjoyed and benefitted from it. The Gym environment is very relaxed and friendly which suited us perfectly, some of us had never set foot in a gym before and it could easily have been intimidating! I had an 8 week course here through WNR running club, it was a fabulous experience, Adam and Donal worked with us with exercises geared towards running which really helped a lot, I would highly recommend this gym, very friendly atmosphere. We had a blast even though we were worked hard 😂💪🤩
