Twilight spa was fabulous. Lovely facilities and a beautiful meal. I was asked to take my necklace off for my treatment and put it in the pocket of my robe which I then forgot about it. Telephoned the hotel who not only made sure to speak to the cleaners to look for it they had it at reception ready to collect by 7am the next morning. So very grateful. Staff are amazing. Thank you so much.
Awesome hotel and great value in this current market. No extra charge for my dog either. Delicious food, lovely spa and treatments, well appointed rooms and super kind & helpful staff. I’ll definitely go back and stay again. Faultless from start to end, highly recommended .
