Disgusted about a month of r so ago I book appointment for Myself and friend for some treatment but we had a family bereavement so had to cancel but they are refusing to give moneys back and we have canceled 2 weeks before our appointment, this is just greed and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone

Cancelled the appointment on arrival. Unpleasant and unprofessional service, manager did not bother to offer new appointment or compensation for the hassle it has caused
