The first thing would be to have a separate waiting area for injured people who are well and don't have any covid symptoms. I brought my son in who had a hockey injury and we waited in the waiting room for almost 2 hours with about 8 other people who were coughing constantly. One patient was walking around without her mask and another person was lying on the floor coughing, sweating, moaning and struggling to breathe. RecommendedI’ve been to this facility several times. This last time was rather urgent and the took fabulous and professional care of me. If you have an emergency, I highly recommend this ER.

RecommendedI gave birth to my son here on November 18th via C-section and was treated extremely well by all the nurses and staff. My son had to stay in the N.I.C.U. a little longer than expected but I was able to stay with him as much as I could and received a lot of help from the nurses especially Kristen and Brandis. Sent my daughter home yesterday, she went straight to Angel hospital where they found she had pneumonia. So I don't find a hospital that sends sick patients home. I hope McDowell hospital is better but it is still pay off the mission system.
Not very well organized in radiology area multiple patients in the waiting room for ct scans. There does not appear to be anyone person in charge. There does not seem to be a process for ensuring the paperwork and necessary lab work has been received prior to ct scan. Have been waiting with the patient for over 2 hours. 40 minutes ago they said someone would be with us in 15 minutes. Now 45 minutes later they updated us and they are doing everything they can to get the information. They just took a patient that had bern wait... read more
