Yo les doy un cinco, me encanto su servicios muy atentos y su equipo de trabajo súper profesionales, nos sentimos muy bien atendidas y en especial a las enfermeras q te dan todo el Apoyo posible te hacen sentir como en tu casa muy agradecida con edalmis y Cristina fueron más q enfermeras. If we could give them 0 starts we would. The Dr. And surgeon were great, but the nursing staff was just awful. Never checked on my dad in the icu, had to ask for breakfast and lunch and it was freezing, never emptied his bed pans when 4 were filled up (my mom emptied them herself), asked him if his blood pressure was always high and he said no- so it kept beeping when it got too high. They said they were tired of the beeping so they just unplugged the machine and walked out. Never told him what to do to care for his injury a... read more
