Very caring and hands on Surgeon. He did follow up, and personally dressed the wound so the nurses would know exactly how he wanted it dressed. He definitely saved my life.

My friend came in to the ER day before yesterday and admitted to the 5th floor. Since she's gotten here she has been treated as a drug seeker with repeatedly by multiple people. No one person (aside from two nurses) of the medical staff have listened to her or acted like she was capable of understanding due to her having Autism. She has been prescribed meds she is allergic to and even had situations where her prescription for pain meds were spread out so far that they stopped working entirely. My mother was sent there YESTERDAY at 2pm to be medically cleared to return to a care home, and I JUST got off the phone with the care home saying my mom had arrived, after 3am! Per the ER nurse, whom I spoke with at 11PM, to medically clear her, they needed to take blood and have 3 sets of vital signs. You’re telling me it took 9 hours to do that, and then it took 4 more hours to get transportation for her back?! She has had a hip replacement and a second partial , has horrible anxiety, etc. this is unacceptable!!! I can’t ... read more

First class people - top to bottom. We were an emergency admit while on vacation five hours from home. Doctors through nursing through office staff and cleaning crew all treat you with respect and a smile.

this place is a joke, no help. the RN was so unqualified for her job!!
