Waited two and a half hours in the emergency room for someone to see my blind significant other whom had a back injury. The minute he tried to go to the bathroom which was not handicapped accessible with a wheelchair, they called him back. They refused to wait for him and the lady behind the counter refused to call them back out. Instead she kept playing on her phone.

RecommendedI am a true believer in giving praise when praise is due. Earlier this past week I went to the ER at Capital Regional. Tests were quickly done and I was admitted for further testing and observation. After a sequence of testing, a diagnosis was made, and a procedure was performed that ultimately could’ve saved my life. And 2-1/2 days after entering the ER, I walked out and drove myself home. I have to thank CRMC for a very great experience with all of the staff and team that took care of my fiancé and baby boy. You all really made it a great experience.
Yes I would recommend family and friends to come here for their health care needs. But they need to change the policy of one person at a time to visit their love ones. I understand the situation about the COVID-19 virus but it’s to freaky hot to be sitting outside in the car burning up unnecessary fuel when they could two people at time to visit. CRMC has recently started an Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Behavioral Health Program. This is so needed in the community. Finding help for an adolescent in this area is pretty impossible. Every path you go down has stop signs and insurmountable barriers. Until you have a need to venture into this specific area of healthcare, you have no idea how many barriers there are! I just delivered my second daughter at CRMC via C section and the whole experience was very pleasant. The staff members were so so nice and helpful. I wish I had delivered my first here as well. I'm super grateful to all my L&D nurses, especially during this stressful time for our country.
