I loved this place until encountering the ER staff this morning, they are seriously lacking in compassion...they sat and watched as my mother (who could barely walk) shuffled all the way to the ambulance exit without offering any assistance...no wheelchair, no arm, not even as much as asking if she was okay. They saw me trying to get back in to help her and they all just sat there while she struggled.
