Hospitals are never a fun place to visit so to make it pleasant for the sick as well as the visitors is to hire a great staff. Every employee that I encounters were pleasant and eager to serve their guest.... From the janitors to the surgeons everyone was outstanding!
Everyone at the hospital was friendly and they took great care of us! Amazing staff, especially Dr. Wright, Irene and Nurse Johnny in ER.
Took my husband in for abdominal pain. They did a great job making him comfortable and finding the problem.
Could not have asked for a better experience the nurses, cna, doctor was all so friendly and helpfull from panama city so we had no family here the whole staff made us feel right at home thanks so much for taking such great care of my mom yall will never know how much we appreciate all your help
Vanessa in the ER is very rude to patients and their families. She talks down to people. As a patient in the ER we are scared and confused and then to be treated like crap is just unacceptable. If she doesn't like her job then she needs to quit. I thought nurses go into that field because they want to help people!?!?
This place treats you like your a prisoner not in a hospital to get medical care! Tallahassee doctors and both hospitals are horrible! Whatever you do dont get sick in tally...I guess they forget who pays them and just treat you like crap...smdh
Can't say enough about the ER staff that helped us last night (8/5/16 - 8/6/16). Orthopedics was wonderful and the nursing staff was top notch.
Was seen this evening for a severe toothache after being seen Monday, the toothache has worsened to the point that I'm crying out in pain. Doctor who saw me said that there wasn't anything he could do. He was extremely rude and dispassionate.
