The best hospital I ever attended. Caring nurse's staff and awesome food and service
I was a patient in your ER last night and have to applaud my nurse Autumn!! Thank you for making a scary time for me easier.She took the time to explain in "layman" terms what was happening to me with my many symptoms and what test they had to run . All while she was helping others she never lost her step, her professionalism ;her kindness or care. She is a pro at multi-tasking no matter how many times others would come to her while she was assisting me. Thank you Autumn for being there for me!! Dawn Klaphake .
If it had not been for CRMC my mother would not be alive today and I would have lost my best friend. From the ER to the 6th floor and of course Dr. Scanameo and the awesome nurses on the 5th and 6th floor you made the 26 day stay feel like we were staying with extended family. You were so professional and yet so funny when you knew we needed to laugh. Thank you for all you do. Now you have a extended family who thinks about you all the time. Our prayers are with you now!
I Love the nurse RNs doctors they are very polite patient and helpful as possible its very clean and organized services is amazing...and you dont have to wait 2 to 5 hrs in the waiting room you get seen than....keep it up employee at Captital Regional Medical
Horrible customer service! Computers are down so it's their excuse NOT to work. Healthcare is challenging, but the leaders need to step up and resolve issues, not at the expense of the patients. No respect for the elderly. My grandmother has been there for 4 days and they just keep saying-computers are down. So don't get admitted here right now in December of 2015! I am in Healthcare and know the challenges, and hate to even post this, but no one is listening to her and cannot get any answers. She's there now!
I have been both a patient and employee of Capital Regional Medial Center. As patients, my family and I have experienced very high levels of consistent care and medical proficiency. The facility is top-notch. The staff is knowledgable, efficient and kind. We are lucky to have many healthcare choices in the region. This is my first choice. I highly recommend their services.
