wow what a fab job Rob and the team did for me on personalisation of my golf panel - very professional, quick and easy, tweaks to design were no problem and turned around within an hour, the end result was just great - TY all great job
Very satisfied with quality of custom markers we received - and even more impressed with the communication and customer service - Robert & Mark kept us in the loop with delays that were outwith their control and still ensured our products were shipped within our tight deadline. Will 100% be ordering again and would strongly recommend Hazzard Golf to anyone considering.
Ordered x10 polos with logos and embroidery. Initially turned up with only logos and no embroidery included, despite including on the order. Had to pay £25 first class to send them back in time for them to fix and send back for me to take on holiday. They said they would refund £15 to 'meet me halfway' as they blamed me for getting the order wrong despite the email chain I showed proving otherwise. Being based in Australia, I couldn’t find a company that did embroidery for 16 golf shirts. I reached out to Mark and Rob from Hazzad with two logos needing embroidering on the polo. Mark and Rob were great in ensuring the shirts arrived prior to a golf trip we had planned. There’s a bit of slack in some of the other recent reviews however I think they’re unwarranted considering the quality of the polos I received. I’ll definitely be looking to Hazzad Golf in the future for any further golf trips needing a polo.
Similar experience to the person below. I managed to get an order through with very fragmented contact. The order was incorrect, they agreed to replace and since i haven't heard from them despite chasing multiple times. The golf head cover & embroidery quality is probably 7/10, the service 1/10.
