I just wanted to add that after some time and restyling my hair myself, I’ve relaxed a lot about the situation and feel much better about how it looks now. I appreciate the salon’s response and professionalism — I don’t wish to hold onto any negativity, so I’d like to take back what I said in frustration at the time. Wishing the team all the best.

Woman with the conspicuous spray tan had to have been deliberately trying to butcher me out of spite because there is no other explanation for how badly she did me and how blatantly she ignored everything I was trying to ask her for. She took off all of my length. She did not even wet my hair first, began cutting dry with mousse in it (I asked her if this was okay, she said yes, even other women at the salon questioned this decision). Ben did an amazing cut of my curly hair, I absolutely love it. The salon is beautiful & everyone was so welcoming & friendly. Highly recommend Haze & can't wait for my next appointment.
