I found myself in an emergency situation as my Dad was being discharged from hospital and I needed extra help with him at home. I spoke to the owner of Haywood Homes and then the Manager - both were professional and empathetic, plus a care package was sorted out immediately. WARNING ALL CONTRACTORS!! Do not carry out work for this company without receiving payment up front! We are owed over £1000 which they are avoiding paying. They are great at communicating when they want the work completing but then avoid replying once funds are over due and need paying. The manager Lindsay fobs you off and hides behind the director Olivia who apparently has no mobile or direct number so cannot be contacted directly.
