Spoke to Ash over the phone about a loose slate I had. The following morning he turned up, went up, took pictures, explained there was a couple of other issues he could solve whilst he was up there, (another missing slate and a couple more broken). He sorted it no problem and for a good price. He also took some other pictures whilst he was on the roof and informed me of a couple of other longer term issues that I have with the chimney and provided a very reasonable quote!
