Clean and attractive facility.... However, not very organized. Nor informative. When our loved ones die, we need assistance, not a push to purchase more services. Also, they should have a videographer on staff and video the service. If wanted, present as a service.. Some of the employees are reserved and cold. Jack handled one issue, but it was too late to matter...I was disappointed, as I raved about having here and not in Tulsa, then was disappointed. Jack Hayhurst and the staff were so helpful to me and my family with all the arrangements for my husband's memorial service. I can't say enough about their caring and loving support. The tribute page for Ronnie is a wonderful way for people to remember him and a comfort to the family.
Hayhurst recently handled the services for my mother-in-law. The staff was all so kind and helpful that it made a difficult time a bit easier. Their facilities are very comfortable and nicely decorated. Our family highly recommends this funeral home.
