This place tried to take advantage of my 20 year old daughter who is away at college. They quoted her a price of $680 dollars to replace an alternator, we got it home to our mechanic, fixed for $337. Don't trust them. They try to swindle people who don't know any better. They out to be ashamed!

Terrible service, purchased a truck a month ago and transaction is still not complete. We have been back multiple times only to be told is handled each time when it wasn't. I will never shop here again!

Got there at 1130 for an oil change and walked out at 320. We knew there was a few cars ahead of us but didn't realize it would take 4 hours for just an oil change. Slow moving.
Went for oil change..didn't know about the tire rotation..so was charged extra..tell people before you do anything to their vehicle,wait time way too long..

Well after years of replacing light bulbs and you telling me yesterday that it was working(it was not working) I took my liberty to Angle Automotive in Gainesville and they diagnosed and replaced the burnt socket and replaced the circuit board in just an hour and a half, something your service department was unable or unwilling to do. I can't not say loudly or strongly enough how SORRY you and your so called SERVICE department are, this will be posted on multiple sites on Facebook including all the Jeep clubs I belong to so ... read more
Hayes dealership do not keep their word. They sold a car out from underneath me today that I was told would be not placed available to the public until the following day. They are not trustworthy!!!
