thinks it's real cute to try to say Autotrader said my cars only worth $300. forgetting the fact that Autotrader is the site that said my cars worth $1,100 and contacted them to make the offer. also funny how they talk to the MAN with you rather than you, the girl actually in possession of and selling the vehicle. And it's funny how I look back in my emails to my original Autotrader offer, and James Madison, the man who tried to offer me such a low price in store, is the one who sent that original offer.

I never do this, but by far, my worst car buying experience...ever!!
I made an appointment at 10am to have my sliding door lock, that is covered under my warranty, looked at. At 12:05pm they came to me in the waiting area to tell me that my can had not been looked at and they were sending their guys to lunch. They asked me if I wanted to wait or make another appointment. I am choosing to take my vehicle to another service center. Hayes customers are obviously not their priority. Very disappointed. I will not be returning.
I brought my car from here a few months ago from Ted who promised me I can bring it back to get free oil changes. Now I'm back, they said they don't see that in my account and Ted no longer works here. The new sales person who was very rude address me as "honey" I'm not honey ma'am. I've referred several people here since I brought in December, never again! Waste of my time and money! Updated: I spoke with the F & I manager Ruben Jimenez who was able to come up with a solution. He was very kind and helpful.
Just a bad experience all around... They always say they have the best prices.. Well I found the same van with less miles and in better shape for way less money at another dealership so we went and bought from them.. I am so happy that we did bc Hayes is a joke
We have bought SEVERAL cars from them and will NEVER buy from them again! They are liars, crooks and they have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! And the service department are all complete freakin idiots!!!
