From the day I bought my car I've had nothing but bad experiences. They illegally scammed me into purchasing an extended warranty by threatening to raise my interest rate so either way I would have to pay an extra $3,000,then I could never get anyone to respond to my calls for information on promised services, getting an extra key made (which was promised when I purchased the car) took almost 2 months and at least 4 trips to the dealership, and most recently I dropped my car off for work to be done and have not been given an... read more
I hate that I have to even give a star. I now know why car salesman and dealers have a sleazy reputation.
Purchased a Used Jeep Wrangler about a month ago. The process was smooth and fast. Will be back!
